                    <label class="fw-bold mb-24">Effective Date: </label>05/15/2024
                    <p class="fs-18 fw-bold">This Preorder Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Customer ("You" or "Customer") and Quintessence Biologics, Inc. ("We," "Us," or "Our"), a company registered at 539 W Commerce St, #5085, Dallas, TX 75208, for the preorder of QBio Pro, QBio Elixir, QBio Gro, and/or any other products offered under the QBio brand.</p>

                    <h4 class="fw-strong mb-3">1. Agreement to Preorder</h4>
                    <p class="fs-18 mb-64">By placing a preorder for our products, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before placing a preorder.</p>

                    <h4 class="fw-strong mb-3">2. Preorder Requirements</h4>
                    <ul class="fs-18 mb-64">
                        <li><label class="fw-bold">Deposit: </label>To secure your preorder, a deposit of $100 per product is required at the time of placing the order. This deposit is fully refundable under the conditions outlined in Section 6 below.</li>
                        <li><label class="fw-bold">Payment: </label>The remaining balance will be due upon the shipment of your product(s). Payment can be made using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or major credit cards.</li>
                    </ul>

                    <h4 class="fw-strong mb-3">3. Product Availability and Shipping</h4>
                    <ul class="fs-18 mb-24">
                        <li><label class="fw-bold">Limited Batches: </label>Our products are manufactured in small, carefully controlled batches to ensure the highest quality. By placing a preorder, you secure your priority access to our next available batch.</li>
                        <li><label class="fw-bold">Estimated Delivery Date: </label>The estimated delivery date for your preorder is {{(new DateTime($config->estimated_delivery_date))->format('F d, Y');}}*. As demand increases, the anticipated delivery date may change for later preorders.</li>
                        <li><label class="fw-bold">Shipping: </label>Preorders are processed and shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to ship your order promptly once products become available.</li>
                    </ul>
                    <p class="mb-64">*Please note that this is an estimated date and may be subject to change based on production timelines and demand.</p>

                    <h4 class="fw-strong mb-3">4. Product Usage</h4>
                    <ul class="fs-18 mb-64">
                        <li><label class="fw-bold">Intended Use: </label>Quintessence Biologics products are intended for single-patient topical use only. They are not designed for injection, intravenous delivery, or any other off-label use.</li>
                        <li><label class="fw-bold">Application Protocol: </label>Customers must follow the Standard Application Procedure provided with each product to ensure optimal results.</li>
                    </ul>

                    <h4 class="fw-strong mb-3">5. Risk of Non-Compliance</h4>
                    <p class="fs-18 mb-64"><label class="fw-bold">Usage Risks: </label>Failure to adhere to the Standard Application Procedure or improper use of the products may result in reduced efficacy or adverse effects. Quintessence Biologics will not be held responsible for any issues arising from non-compliance with the provided instructions.</p>

                    <h4 class="fw-strong mb-3">6. Cancellations and Refunds</h4>
                    <ul class="fs-18 mb-64">
                        <li><label class="fw-bold">Cancellation: </label>You may cancel your preorder at any time before the product has shipped from our online site or by contacting our customer support team.</li>
                        <li><label class="fw-bold">Refund: </label>If you cancel your preorder, your $100 deposit will be fully refunded. Once the product has shipped, the sale is final and non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 8 below.</li>
                    </ul>

                    <h4 class="fw-strong mb-3">7. Changes to Preorder</h4>
                    <p class="fs-18 mb-64"><label class="fw-bold">Modification: </label>Quintessence Biologics reserves the right to modify or discontinue the product offering at any time. If any significant changes affect your preorder, you will be notified, and you may choose to accept the changes or cancel your preorder for a full refund.</p>

                    <h4 class="fw-strong mb-3">8. Returns and Exchanges</h4>
                    <ul class="fs-18 mb-64">
                        <li><label class="fw-bold">Non-Returnable: </label>Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.</li>
                        <li><label class="fw-bold">Defective Products: </label>If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in the event of a defective product, subject to our evaluation.</li>
                    </ul>

                    <h4 class="fw-strong mb-3">9. Privacy and Data Protection</h4>
                    <ul class="fs-18 mb-64">
                        <li><label class="fw-bold">Personal Information: </label>We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Notice governs how we collect, use, and protect your data. By placing a preorder, you agree to our Privacy Notice and Terms of Service.</li>
                        <li><label class="fw-bold">Security: </label>We use secure payment processing systems to protect your payment information.</li>
                    </ul>

                    <h4 class="fw-strong mb-3">10. Governing Law</h4>
                    <p class="fs-18 mb-64">This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.</p>

                    <h4 class="fw-strong mb-3">11. Limitation of Liability</h4>
                    <p class="fs-18 mb-64"><label class="fw-bold">General Liability: </label>Quintessence Biologics' liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product. In no event shall Quintessence Biologics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the preorder.</p>

                    <h4 class="fw-strong mb-3">12. Acceptance of Terms</h4>
                    <p class="fs-18 mb-0">By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.</p>
